Who We Are
Founded in 2011 and registered under the Companies Act No. 07 of 2007, we are a not-for-profit organization rooted in the belief that voluntarism can spark meaningful change. Guided by a committed Board of Directors, we build bridges across cultures through diverse, community-driven initiatives. Our work is based on cultural exchange and focuses on four core themes: sustainable agriculture, environmental stewardship, livelihood empowerment, and educational outreach through orphanage support. Every effort we make is grounded in human connection—bringing people together locally and globally to nurture dignity, resilience, and shared purpose.

This was an incredibly in reaching experience where I got to meet so many locals and create great memories together. It was so much more meaningful than simply visiting the most touristic places, or even other exchange programs where I participated before. I learned about the Sri Lankan culture, ways of life, hardships, mentality, cuisine, and much more. I am very happy I came for this life-changing experience not only did I make new friends, but I also challenge myself and demonstrated that I can do anything in life. Thanks again for everything.

I had a very good time in two weeks! Culture, food, lifestyle, religion, everything was impressive for me. Especially, communication with the orphanage children was my important experience. This experience made my motivation to studying in Japan. And in two weeks, I felt that my English skill was not enough. I will continue to study English. Thank you!
