Our Partners

We work in close collaboration with a network of community-based organizations that are deeply rooted in local realities and committed to inclusive development. These partners play a vital role in shaping our volunteer experiences and ensuring lasting impact. They include:

Organizations Supporting Rural Women

These groups focus on uplifting women in rural areas by promoting their rights, economic empowerment, and access to education, healthcare, and leadership opportunities. Volunteers may engage with women’s groups to support training programs, livelihood initiatives, and advocacy efforts.

Organizations Empowering Estate-Sector Communities and Youth

Our partners also include organizations working in plantation communities, where access to resources can be limited. They support youth development, skill-building, and social inclusion, helping young people become active and confident agents of change.

Groups Promoting National Unity and Peace

Some of our partner groups focus on fostering interethnic and interreligious harmony across Sri Lanka. They engage in dialogue, peace education, and reconciliation efforts to strengthen national integrity and build trust across diverse communities.

Together, these partners form the backbone of our volunteer initiatives—ensuring that each workcamp is grounded in local expertise, community participation, and shared values of justice and peace.
